How do I add my logo to my products?
The majority of our products have the option to add a printed inside label. You can easily do this in the Mockup Generator by uploading your logo in the tab that says "Label". Yes, there is a large collection of free designs created by our in-house design team available for luckypod users. These can easily be found in luckypod → Design Catalog Please keep in mind: You can not modify these designs. These designs can only be used in conjunction with luckypod products and services - in other words, you can not use them to manufacture

I do not have Photoshop, what can I do?
If you don't have Adobe Photoshop installed, there are some alternatives available that are cheaper or even free. Keep in mind that this is simply our recommendation, but we do not provide any support for any of these design software programs. Should I use "Save for Web" when saving in Illustrator and Photoshop?
Using "Save for Web" will automatically decrease the resolution of your graphic to 72 DPI. This will result in a smaller image, lower quality, and will not perfectly fit in our editor if you're using our design templates. Therefor we always recommend to use "Save As..." within Illustrator and Photoshop to maintain the highest quality of your file. What is the maximum allowed file size of a print file?
The current maximum print file size that can be uploaded in luckypod is 300mb. This can be in a JPEG or PNG format.

Will there be more mockups available for product X?
Adding new products is a time consuming process. Especially creating and adding realistic mockups is a process that can really slow down the launch of a product. Therefor we have to make calculated decisions to get new products out as soon as possible. We always try to have at least the minimum number of mockups available, so we can launch a new product.
