Where is luckypod registered as a VAT payer?
luckypod is registered as a VAT payer in the Netherlands. That means that we'll always charge a 21% VAT rate for our clients based in the Netherlands. For any of our clients living in Europe that don't provide a VAT number in their account settings, we will also charge a 21% VAT rate.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments to your customers may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

How do I add a primary billing method?
Go to Billing → Billing methods. Here, you can add billing methods and set a primary billing method for your account. Your primary billing method is the default we'll charge for all transactions, unless otherwise specified.

Where can I find invoices for all transactions?
In your luckypod Dashboard, go to Billing → Payment History. Here you can see an overview of all your transactions. You can filter them by date range, and download the invoice(s).
